Watsons Water FAQ

You can click "Login" in the upper right corner of the website, select "Join Now", and simply enter your personal information to register as a user. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Please click on the link in the email to activate your account and log in to purchase products.

You can choose to be a household, commercial or retail customer according to the following situations

Household Customer
use a residential address and register with their own name

Commercial Customer or Retail Customer
use a business address and register with the name of the company

You can choose to log into "My Account" using either your email address or customer code. However, if your email address is used to register multiple accounts, please log in with your customer code.

You can click on "Forget Password" in the login page, input your registered email address or customer code* and submit. An email will be sent to you by the system. Please click the link in the email to reset your password. 【Click here for Guidelines

Account deletion is irreversible, all unredeemed ecoupons, unused discount coupons, paid or free benefits (if any) will be forfeited and are irrecoverable. If you wish to request account deletion, please provide your full name for account registration and customer code in writing to Watsons Water by email ww_service@aswatson.com or via WhatsApp 2660 6622.

An order meets any of the following criteria is entitled to free shipping
(a) Mininum 2 bottles or 2 cases of carboy water*, or;

After you’ve placed your order, you can store the products and quantities as a "Order Template", which will make future checkouts more efficient with the "Reorder EXPRESS" function.

You can schedule in advance for products to be delivered to your registered address within a 60-day delivery period.

Upon completion of your initial order, you have a 3-hour period to purchase "Limited Time Add-on Products". You have the flexibility to use a different credit card or payment method for this additional purchase. However, please note that "Limited Time Add-on Products" can only be delivered to the same delivery address as your original order and will be accompanied by a separate delivery note. 【Click here for Guidelines

This feature is designed to support commerical customers in managing their subsidiary accounts.

You can log in to the main account and view the account information of other sub-accounts. To protect your privacy, sub-accounts can only be operated in their own accounts.

Delivery service is only available locally, and there is no overseas delivery. The delivery area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Tung Chung urban area and Ma Wan. It can be reached by trucks directly and accessible by lifts, or by walking to floors with no more than 20 stairs.

The following situations will involve a surcharge:

• If the delivery address is located on a floor without lift facilities, a surcharge of HK$5 per item per floor will be charged from the 21st to the 40th stairs.

• For delivery to outlying islands, remote and restricted areas, please contact us first to confirm whether the logistics partner can provide delivery services and the additional fees required.

The shipping company pre-arranges the delivery schedule according to different areas. You can choose the delivery date within coming 60 days according to the delivery schedule for receiving the goods at the registered address.

Delivery service hours are from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays and statutory holidays (Labour Holidays) excluded.

The shipping company has arranged a fixed delivery route and will try its best to deliver the goods to customers within the above service hours based on the actual traffic and weather conditions of the delivery day.

Some products need to be shipped separately due to volume or other factors. Please select the delivery date separately when ordering.

When Black Rainstorm Warning or Gale Signal No. 8 or higher is in effect, delivery service will be suspended. Orders with delayed delivery will be postponed to the next delivery schedule or arranged on other days, depending on the delivery resources as early as possible.

Products purchased and delivered directly through Watsons Water
Products are automatically registered and there is no need to fill in an additional form.

Purchasing dispensers or Watsons Water Solution products delivered from distributors
You must fill out the "Product Warranty Registration" form on the Watsons Water website in advance. 【Click here for Guideline

The warranty service is included in the newly purchased water dispensers, which is generally valid for 1 year from the date of receipt, and the actual situation is subject to individual contract terms.

Specified mini dispenser models and Watsons Water Solution products
Customers are entitled to free examination and repair at our Service Department during the warranty period, with a one-time waiver of parts fee (excluding human-induced damage caused by users, such as the external casing), excluding sanitising service of the water tank.

Other designated models of Watsons Water
Customers are entitled to complimentary one-time follow-up service, free replacement of parts (excluding human-induced damage caused by users, such as the external casing), excluding sanitising service of the water tank. (Remote locations incur extra fees, details can be obtained from customer service hotline.)

Specified mini dispenser models and Watsons Water Solution products
Please call Watsons Water Customer Service Hotline for an appointment in advance and bring the product to our Service Centre at 6 Dai Li Street, Tai Po Industrial Estate. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

Other designated models of Watsons Water
Please call Watsons Water Customer Service Hotline to make an appointment, after which a service technician will carry out the service at your premises. (Remote locations incur extra fees, details can be obtained from customer service hotline.)

There are respective "Dispenser Maintenance Plans" for each dispenser models. We will remind you to enrol the pertinent plan before the initial warranty period ends. 

Specified mini dispenser models and Watsons Water Solution products
Customers are entitled to free examination and repair at our service department during the warranty period, with a 50% reduction on the cost of parts replaced.

Other designated models of Watsons Water
Customers are entitled to free examination and repair, with a 50% reduction on the cost of parts replaced, and complimentary one-time sanitising service of the water tank. (Remote locations incur extra fees, details can be obtained from customer service hotline.)

Our service technician will provie a quotation if parts replacement is necessary after inspection and proceed with the replacement only after the customer’s agreement.

You can join the "Dispenser Sanitizing Plan" to preserve the water tank's cleanliness. It is advised to perform disinfection services every 6 to 12 months or every 3 to 6 months if you are drinking mineral-added distilled water.

Note: "Dispenser Sanitizing Plan" is not applicable to designated mini dispenser models and Watsons Water Solution products.

Household customers can download the "Drops of Fun"mobile app and register as a member, scan the QR code on the bottle cap of Watsons distilled water bottle series and Mr. Juicy's designated bottle products, or use the QR code in the bill issued via eShop to earn bonus points, redeem rich rewards, and enjoy birthday gifts and other surprising rewards. The "Drops of Fun" reward program has been officially launched in eShop. Home customers can easily earn "Drops of Fun" reward points through self-service water ordering. Approximately three working days after the delivery is completed, eShop will issue corresponding one-time QR codes based on the quantity of Watsons Distilled Water 12-liter bottles and 18-liter bottles included in the bill. Home customers can download the "Drops of Fun" mobile app and register as a member, scan the QR code and get reward points. For details, please visit: https://www.ww-fun.com/en/aboutus 

 

Note: Please note that the QR code for reward points for Watsons distilled water 8L and 4.5L is located on the bottle cover sticker, and the QR code will not be issued by system. Please use the "Drops of Fun" mobile app to scan the QR code inside the bottle cap to get bonus points. 

 

The "Drops of Fun" reward program will not issue QR codes for returns, replenishment of goods and gifts. 

About three working days after the delivery is completed, you can log in to the "My Account" of the Watsons Distilled Water website and select "Order Record". When the order status changes to "Delivered", select the details of the corresponding bill and click "Display the QR code" and scan the QR code with the "Drops of Fun" mobile app, and the reward points will be added to your "Drops of Fun" account. 

The QR code of the "Drops of Fun"reward program is valid for 3 months after it is automatically issued by the system, and will not be re-issued after the expiration date. QR code can only be scanned once for each reward point using the "Drops of Fun" mobile app. 

You can log in to the https://ww-fun.com/en/ webpage or the "Drops of Fun" mobile app and go to the "Personal Center" to check your membership, environmental protection points and reward points records. 

If the transaction is cancelled, the system will not issue any reward QR code.
